Elissa is a Chicago native who relocated to Los Angeles six years ago to pursue a degree in Social Media from FIDM, and completed her Bachelor’s in Digital Audiences at ASU’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism. Elissa began her career as a Social Media Manager for some of the top beauty brands, cultivating relationships with leading influencers in the industry. Over the past five years, she has also excelled as a content creator for prominent brands such as Prose Haircare, Grande Cosmetics, and Oui the People.

With a deep understanding gained from both the brand and creator perspectives, Elissa founded 310 Social Group to bridge the gap between influencers and brands. Recognizing the challenges brands face in navigating social media complexities, she is dedicated to simplifying the process of fostering meaningful relationships with creators, which she believes is crucial for maximizing brand impact.
